The EVP Dental practice is an HBF preferred provider.

As an HBF member you can receive up to 80% rebate on treatment with a minimum 60% rebate pending on level of cover. This may alter if you have already gone over your annual limit on certain items.

With careful planning you can stage your treatments over time to receive the maximum rebate from HBF.

If you are a Veterans Affairs patient you will be treated on the Veterans Affairs fee schedule, which means that you will incur no personal fees unless you want treatment outside the government guidelines; e.g., bleaching or implants.
